There are bike lanes in every direction, and as per walkscore.com you’re in a biker’s paradise scoring a 96 out of 100 on walkscore.com. There is also excellent transit access to the city center just outside your front door.

If you get hungry living in this community, don’t worry. There are many great options nearby, including Orchard Park Mall, nearby restaurants that include the Guisachan House, Old Spaghetti Factory, Milestones Moxies, Red Robin, and Whitespot.

There are two beds, two beds, and den, and three bedroom floor plans to choose from. A great unique feature inside these units is each one offers either a 4ft or 6ft crawl space for an extra hobby area, wine room, or a great storage area.

When purchased from the developer, some of the upgrade options included oak hardwood flooring, upgraded granite countertops, and the option to build the garage door opening extra large.

The developer built all of the 250 homes here in 2004, and every unit has there own double-car garage, some single openings, and some double openings. A great bonus is that a few feature overheight doors for added clearance for larger vehicles.
